Refund policy

At Erzsn.com, we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy for our customers.

Exchange Process:

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item within 7 business days.

You will be notified via email once the replacement has been dispatched.

Please note: If the exchange is due to customer preference or personal reasons, a shipping fee of $9.9 USD will apply.

Refund Process:

If you request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, please return the item to our designated warehouse.

We will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., your credit card). Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

If a return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact cost will depend on the courier you choose.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

We will review your case and respond within 3 business days. If eligible, we will arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.

Customer-Caused Damage:

Returns or compensation will not be provided for items damaged by the customer.
